Shipping & Returns

Each gift will be posted in a sturdy cardboard mailing box, surrounded by Envirofill (a 100% biodegradable packing foam) to reduce the risk of damage.

Your gift will be posted with Australia Post generally within 24 hours of ordering (or next business day). You will receive an email notification when your gift has be posted and delivered.

All gifts are sent Express Post for FREE. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days, as long as the suburb is within an Australia Post express postage area. Please contact us if you are unsure. We post from postcode 5159.

That's Beautiful does not take responsibility for gifts that are lost or damaged in the mail. Select the $4.50 insurance option during checkout and you will get compensation for loss or damage of the article up to $100. You must claim this through Australia Post.

If the wrong address is supplied and the gift is returned to That's Beautiful, you will be contacted and the gift will be posted again at your expense.

If you are sending a gift to a hospital, please state the full address for the hospital, the name of the patient (not the baby) and the ward name/number. We strongly suggest you send gifts to home address' as mothers and babies can often be discharged earlier than expected.

International Shipping is not available.

 

 

A refund will be made if the goods are either faulty or do not match the description. Please contact us straight away with the problem.

If the goods are faulty, please email photos of the fault. Do not try and fix the fault.

To obtain a refund or exchange, you will need to return the goods (at your cost) within 14 days.
